Toral Cevdak is a Legate in the Cardassian Union. He and his family survived the destruction caused by the Jem'hadar during the Dominion War and currently, Toral has retained his rank of Legate.
He's also the biological father of Amity Ming, a result of an infidelity with Jie Ming that he had while away on a mission.
Toral is married with seven children with his wife.
